A few important notes regarding the meeting:

• You are required to attend all general meetings, workshops, and any specific training that has been organized for your Major, Minor, or Function. These are considered part of your work duties and should be treated as such.
• Professional behavior: Please use good judgment and show professionalism while at this meeting. We rely on you to demonstrate our Core Values, particularly Common Sense and Personal Respect, in relation to social activities in Miami. This includes each of us being very mindful of our alcohol consumption. Behavior that is not in line with our values has no place at the meeting. If you see a colleague making poor decisions or needing assistance, please help him or her. If you feel you are not able to assist, please contact our security team or a member of the AlixPartners Events Team.
• Attire: Business casual during meetings. Resort Casual for dinners. Weather permitting, the dinners will be outside, so neat shorts are permitted. Also, meeting rooms can be chilly, so it is recommended that you bring a sweater or light jacket.
